Super Tonic Immune Booster.
A handful of fresh horseradish.

4) A small handful of fresh ginger.

6) cover with fresh and quality apple cider vinegar (ACV).

Peel and cut all ingredients to your satisfaction. We hardly peel anything anymore
and only cut stuff so it won’t jam the machine.
Place all in a food processor.
Cover to top of ingredients with ACV.
Process and “enjoy”.
You will end up with a product that looks a little like applesauce. It tastes NOTHING like applesauce.
Pour into a quart jar and put a lid on it. We keep ours on the counter so we don’t “forget” to take it.
CAUTION: DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES OR ANY OTHER SENSITIVE PART WHILE PREPARING.
Personally, I don’t like this stuff(some people do!!!). It’s too hot for me to take every day, but each ingredient is so amazing so synergistically, it is probably a miracle!
I dare anyone to get sick while consuming supertonic.
I don’t think it’s possible.
And don’t complain to me about the taste, I know how bad it is. It’s no excuse.
Do you want to be sick or well? It’s up to you.
The amounts can be varied by what you have, can get your hands on, and can stand to eat.
When preparing let others know you will be making it so they can clear out of the kitchen while you run the food processor.
It’s strong!
