Make It Make Sense.

-breaking it down.

I wonder if you have ever wondered about any of these things…

The other day I overheard someone say,

“It feels like I only have to LOOK at tomatoes, and my mouth starts itching”.

Have you ever felt that way about something? I bet you have said or heard something similar. Maybe you have even actually had some sort of experience like that.

And I promise, I really enjoy hearing about all the kooky things!)(you might even be featured in the next email!)(of course names WILL BE changed to protect the innocent)

Anyway-

Why do we have these confusing symptoms?

Why, when I eat something I am allergic to, do I start developing

-a stuffy nose?

-itchy skin?

-a stomach-ache?

-or other interesting issues and pains? (we all have our own list of complaints)

Or why do I develop literally no symptoms at all???!!

What is going on?

In the next few emails, I hope to explain (from my limited experience and understanding), what is happening. Plus, more importantly, and BEST OF ALL, one SIMPLE THING we can ALL do to avoid these unwanted reactions, protect ourselves, and feel great ALL THE TIME!

How do our bodies/minds decide what is “good” or “bad”? Is there something about these items we are eating, drinking, touching, or being exposed to that triggers these different responses in us? Are there certain things everyone shouldn’t touch or eat or drink?

Why does one person pet a dog (even their own dog) or hang out with any beloved pet, and have literally no allergic reaction, and another person can just walk past a room that had a dog or cat in it and they will need to be medicated to survive? What is going on?

A family came to see me recently that had a dog that ONLY ONE of their four children reacted to. What was/is behind this?

Another family went out to dinner and everyone ate the same food and TWO PEOPLE had a reaction to the meal (AND IT WASN’T EVEN THE SAME REACTION!).

A little help here, please…

I am going to use my limited training and experience to give you ONE viewpoint about what is happening. I’m hoping that because of a new awareness, each of us can help ourselves and our loved ones feel better. Maybe even experience less of these confusing and unwanted symptoms.

This always amazes me-

Why can two people exposed to the same sick person have completely different responses to the person’s illness?

Why did I get sick from a virus my grandchild had and her sister didn’t get it?

Why did I “catch it” and no one else?

Shouldn’t everyone catch the same things if they are “going around” and wouldn’t it make more sense if we all reacted the same way?

One time I ate some cheese and felt fine then the next day I ate the SAME CHEESE and it gave me a stomach ache…WHAT THE HECK!!???

I’m going to stop here today because if I don’t, the email will be way too long! Thanks for sharing your time with me.

I just hope this makes you wonder a few of the same things I wonder because, in the next email, we’re going to go deeper into “why?”-at least from my point of view.

Then I plan to present something SIMPLE and QUICK YOU can learn to do about all of it!
