This is where I start...however...
Here is a list of what I keep on hand and why.
As always, please let me know about anything you find helpful so we can ALL benefit!
This list has no specific order except as I look into the cabinet.
****Non-negotiables are marked with an *.
*Powdered cayenne pepper-it is for pain relief. It will create a scab when bleeding won't stop. It will stop bleeding. Plus I add a little bit to smoothies.
Liquid Cayenne-this I keep on hand for any emergency. It will do a lot of things. Please look it up. There isn’t room here to give it the justice it deserves. (class coming soon)
*Rescue Remedy-there is a book called Flowers to the Rescue. This book and this product will change your life forever!! We should own stock in this company. Get some rescue remedy!!
Original spray. (We will have a class about just this in the future)
*Homeopathics.
Arnica - hits and bumps and bruises.
Hypericum-nerve and areas of nerve bundles. (tips of fingers and other sensitive areas)
Ledum-punctures.
Apis-anything that has symptoms that remind you of bee stings.
Euphrasia-most troubles related to the eyes.
Symphytum-broken or troubles with bones.
Oscillococcinum-flu remedy.
Rhus tox-think of poison ivy symptoms.
Silicea-this does a lot and is good to have in the kit.
Sepia-this is in my kit because it is one of my children’s constitutional remedies.
Pulsatilla-same with this one. Also for green snot when sick.
(If you have a person’s constitutional remedy correctly chosen, it will most likely heal whatever they are struggling with)
Nux vomica-it's for what it sounds like and other things
Coffea cruda - headaches(some)
Chestal liquid-for lung sickness issues. Clears the lungs and makes a productive cough.
Bryonia-constitutional
We will have a class on this soon. Very important and very powerful.

(these last three are cell salts)
*Thieves lozenges/cough drops.
Thieves oil.
*Flu Tea - a mix of equal parts elderflower and peppermint-for fevers.
Elderberry syrup-immune boosting.
*Charcoal powder- neutralizes some poisons and can halt or minimize symptoms of food poisoning.
*Sugar - creates an artificial scab when bleeding won't stop.
Cinnamon-balances blood sugar(not emergency/takes some time)
Turmeric - anti-viral, anti-biotic, can help with pain in some situations.
*Aspirin.
White willow tincture.
Other topical numbing solution.
(These are for pain management)
*Tourniquet, sharpies black and red(to time when the tourniquet was put on), tools for stitches, butterfly bandages, regular bandages, bandage tape, and gauze patches, tweezers, gauze rolls, needle, lighter, triangular bandage. (regular first aid supplies)
*OTC allergy medication (when it’s an emergency, you need it now!)
Hydrogen peroxide-cleanser(3% ideal)
*Alcohol-sterilize.
*Superglue-avoid stitches(they use it in the emergency room)
*Ipecac-to induce vomiting.
Ear candles-to remove wax and debris(also lots of fun)
Cabbage-poultice(ex. spider bites/gout/pain)
Plantain tincture or plantain herb-any skin issue and poultice.
*Bentonite clay or green clay-mixed with plantain tincture to draw out poisons(ex. recluse bite will heal without complications)
Sea salt.
Baking soda.
*(for detox baths)-a pound of each mixed in a hot bath will remove radiation and many other toxins(including emotional)
Betadine and iodine-antiseptic(internal and topical)
*ACV-for fevers and detox baths.
*Assorted essential oils-(ex-clove oil for tooth pain).
*Colloidal silver-anti-biotic.
Ivermectin - kills parasites and some viruses.
*Honey-antiseptic. Will not allow bacteria to grow. (ex. Cat bite finger dipped and held in honey will not get infected)(use it on the way to the hospital or doctor).
*Neosporin-antiseptic/antibiotic.
Glauber salts-completely empties the bowels. Within 30 min to 1 hour.
Xlear - easily applies medicine to sinus areas that are hard to reach.

I have bacterial fungus rash on my legs and arms. Started with a face brush that was left in the shower. I've been using baking soda bath, essential oils, and a spray with oils and witch hazel. Anything else I could use? The rash is dying bit the itch is awful at times
